The number of requests for SIG-TÜViT certificates is steeply increasing. SIG's clients use the TÜViT Trusted Product Maintainability and its algorithms in their quality management processes. They do this in software development projects, outsourcing of maintenance and also in RFP/RFI procedures.
The number of requests for SIG-TÜViT certificates is steeply increasing. SIG's clients use the TÜViT Trusted Product Maintainability and its algorithms in their quality management processes. They do this in software development projects, outsourcing of maintenance and also in RFP/RFI procedures.
As an example, statements that clients include in their documents are: "We request that software that you develop for us will be of adequate quality, and will lead to a TÜViT certificate of four stars (sometimes referred to as: SIG****). Or "Our current quality level for this application leads to a 3-SIG star certificate (SIG***). We expect from you an increase to four stars over the next contract period, while also being compliant to other requirements such as timeliness and business requirements. What is your approach for this?". Supply and demand side of the IT industry declare to appreciate the availability of a neutral, objective certificate.
